You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund by contacting finance@inkbot.store. The bot must not be implemented in a LIVE environment to be eligible for a return, as this indicates satisfactory performance. Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved, the refund amount will automatically reflect at the original payment method, within 5-7 banking days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
